Today's experience at Lululemon was the worst in years. A female employee of Asian had a consistently unfriendly demeanor. When I was trying to return an item and search my order, she grew impatient and told me to stand aside. While I understand that items cannot be returned after a month, I was taken aback by her lack of courtesy and empathy throughout the interaction. She never once smiled and spoke without any politeness, displaying a discriminatory attitude towards those who may not be proficient in English.
Worst experience at lululemon store last night. There was guy who was helping us, do not know the name.I don’t even think they had the badges on. Meanwhile a tall girl was making faces when we were asking even him about anything. He was polite & helpful. It’s about that tall girl, we understand it was closing time & we were trying to get online registration for order. It was going to take 5+ minutes. There were few other customers in the store after closing & she greeted them nicely. After all customers left store, she asked us to leave the store arrogantly & in discriminatory way, which was very rude. She didn’t say anything & slammed the door right after we left & was making faces again. Very disappointed visit.
Buyer beware! Shame on you Lulu. I received a gift from my mother for Christmas she purchased at this retail outlet. I went to return the item, first with the gift receipt, then with both the receipt and gift receipt. I was told they could only refund to the same debit card the item was purchased with. Who ever gets a gift and has the same form of payment it was purchased with. The manager said she was sorry but if she was sorry she would have given the money back for the item. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Lulu’s customer service but is certainly the last time I purchase anything from them. I’ve told at least 6 people in the last day about my experience with Lulu and told them to shop elsewhere. Some day when the rose coloured glasses come off their consumer base they may be sorry their customer service wasn’t a focus Shop local, they value their customers.
I went in with a warranty claim for my pants, Hannah made the process very easy for me, took the pants, confirmed the issue and immediately ordered me a new pair (normally they will repair, in this case there was discolouration, so it warranted replacement). I can tell Hannah knows what she’s doing and does it with confidence.
I wish I had more money so I could by everything in this store. 😂
Been in line to pay for 20 minutes and only halfway to the till. How is this acceptable service. The store is overpriced and the service is slow. The only reason we're moving up in line is due to people leaving. I think the line to see the queens body was shorter than this.
This place use to be my 5 star spot now I’m not sure what they sell. I have memories of yoga teacher’s all around the store, now they just sell merchandise. Lost the vibe and feel. The store has lost my interest.
Love the new design of the stores with plants and bright lights! It was very busy and crowded in here but I was still able to get help and find the things I needed which was nice. I would recommend making more room at check out for people to get by especially for when it’s busy. I will for sure be back love their clothes here, and their men’s line too - it’s very popular in our household! The staff was knowledgable and kind as well.
The manager at this store, with a nose piercing and a short stature, had an extremely arrogant attitude throughout. I've never encountered such a manager who lacked a good demeanor, exhibited discrimination and mockery, and didn't apologize for the disrespectful behavior and eye-rolling of the Asian girl staff. There was a complete absence of any polite language, and the manager tacitly condoned the staff's lack of respect and discrimination. I'm truly disappointed with this particular Lululemon store.
